It has always been a great experience investing with NineSFT. They ensure that all investors are treated equally and maintain a high level of transparency throughout the project lifecycle—from initiation to handover.
When I invested in TRL, I initially anticipated potential conflicts or disagreements among investors during the allocation process. However, the team handled this exceptionally well by implementing a fair lottery system, allowing each investor to choose their turn in selecting their flat. This approach ruledout conflicts and ensured fairness.
Additionally, they facilitated a platform for investors to mutually exchange flats providing flexibility and continued support throughout the process.
